Work-from-home job: Customer care manager
Customer care managers offer high-level support to entry-level customer support agents and customers. They’re the ones who determine best practices for resolving issues and customer service policies.
They also prepare customer service agents, assess customer satisfaction to guide company strategy, and respond to escalated tickets.
If you have any type of experience in a remote customer service role, you can qualify for many positions in this field without needing any kind of degree. But experience with customer management software can make you an even more competitive candidate.

I am retired from the Ventura County Sheriff’s Department after 29 1/2 years. Along with many other assignments, I worked the City of Camarillo traffic unit investigating traffic accidents. I believe working as a claims adjuster would be an interesting and a rewarding job. I am interested in working in this field full or part time. I would only be interested in working in the area of Ventura County, Ca.
