Tennessee
Even though Tennessee is frequently regarded as a state with promise, it’s crucial to remember that not all places are made equal. While urban areas such as Nashville are experiencing rapid growth, rural areas may face challenges related to population decline and economic expansion. Before committing, buyers should thoroughly evaluate the area, according to real estate agents.
Illinois
Illinois, which is well-known for its large cities and vast farmlands, is a significant hub for the production of rubber goods, chemicals, food, and other goods. The state is in serious trouble, according to many real estate agents.
Chicago, in particular, is experiencing severe financial difficulties. In addition to having some of the highest property taxes in the nation, Chicago is also facing budget deficits and a high crime rate, which are forcing the city to reduce essential services and raise taxes.
Residents find it difficult to defend staying when they could find a more secure and safe environment elsewhere due to these financial strains, which is why buying a house in this state isn’t a good idea.

Where are best retirement cities I NC?
It used to be the NC mountains but they’ve been decimated. There are some nice towns 15-20 miles from Charlotte but don’t live in Charlotte.. only visit.
Why is Florida number one?

I’m really loving the theme/design of your site. Do you ever run into any internet browser compatibility problems? A couple of my blog visitors have complained about my site not working correctly in Explorer but looks great in Opera. Do you have any advice to help fix this issue?

You should take part in a contest for one of the best blogs on the web. I will recommend this site!
You forgot Massachusetts. Very similar to Connecticut. The future tax plans will put it over the top in the next few years.
Where are the other states? You mentioned only about Florida.

My daughter wants to back to Michigan where she was born but I advised her against it because I already know what’s up there. I moved to South Carolina where There so many companies down here nowadays. Like Boeing, BMW, Tesla, Coca-Cola, Pepsi, Frito Lay, and many more due to no unions and lower wages for workers. Makes good since for corporations and bad for everyone else. In Michigan population is dwindling because there is no good jobs anymore so why move back there. She says houses cost less but so what if you can’t afford keeping it cause you can’t find a job.
all the problems talked about in the paragraph above are all maybe i have been here in FLORIDA 8 Years and had three hurricanes and not homes were lost due to rising tides my insurance webt down not up
New Jersey is the worst; besides high property taxes, high state gas tax, mansion tax, state
income taxes, highest electric prices, sales taxes etc, etc. They tax and tax anything they can
