4. Event Planner and Hospitality Guest Services Coordinator
Autumn weddings, corporate holiday parties, winter galas, and seasonal resort operations generate a surge in hospitality hiring from October through February. Event venues and banquet facilities need organized staff to coordinate guest registration, manage coat checks, oversee catering setups, and assist event directors.
These roles pay anywhere from $18 to $28 per hour depending on your region and the event scope. The flexible, project-based nature of event support lets you accept shifts that fit your personal schedule, leaving plenty of open days for family gatherings and winter hobbies.

I am looking for work, but something that won’t kill me or break down my body. Thank You. Ron. Davis Something I can do every day:
There are a few things in schools for us to do. Be a school bus monitor for the special needs kids. You get paid for 3 hours but you only are on the bus for about an hour and half. You only job is to watch the kids. Average pay 15 to 20 bucks an hour. Paraprofessional is another thing you can do with a special education kids where you help them with their class work and be their aid for the school. It’s about 30,000.a year.
